Being in the mountains, whether walking or climbing, always has an element of adventure and so all of the courses that SKMS run try to encourage that. Combined with fun and hopefully learning my aim is to help you become self sufficient and self reliant in the mountains and on the crags. All courses are run by myself, Simon Kennedy, and ratios are small which allows a more personal level of tuition.

With the Mourne Mountains literally on the  doorstep SKMS is ideally situated to provide you with your next mountain adventure. Whether you would like a guided hillwalk, learn to navigate, rock climb on some of Irelands finest cliffs or maybe you would like to bivi on top of a mountain. SKMS can help you develop old skills or learn new ones. Although based in the Mourne Mountains I am often operating in other mountain ranges and cliffs of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.
